Richie & Helen came together in 2007, have been partners in the real estate industry since 2008, and married in 2012. Helen started out owning real estate as a Cooperative Apartment Corporation shareholder in NY. Less than a year later joined as Treasurer of the Co-op Board. Richie was born with roots in home improvement. Growing up in a large, tight-knit European family with influential electricians, carpenters, plumbers, living nearby, his toys were their tools, and his playtime was spent performing home repairs and improvements. His hobbies involved automotive mechanics & restoration. Following shortly was his licensure. Richie’s favorite engine rebuilds were the antiques, specifically Mustangs from the late 80’s to early 90’s. As a jack of all trades, dude can fix anything.

Their real estate industry experience grew deep after Helen took on the Treasurer role at the 100-year-old, 97 unit, 3 building commercial/residential complex. During staff transition they filled in where the obvious deficiencies were from not having these roles performed by quality people at a quality level. At that time, the financials were in a poor state, as was the building’s physical upkeep. Neither were properly maintained. Helen & Richie stepped in, dedicated their time & grew as they took care of the scrupulous interviewing & hiring of a new management company, property manager, accountant, super-intendent and porter. During staff transition they filled in where the obvious deficiencies were from not having these roles performed at a quality level. Their active day-to-day involvement with these buildings continued for 3 years and benefitted all shareholders of the cooperative. Richie & Helen’s contributions helped stabilize the building and led to a positive turnaround of the cooperative’s intricate affairs.


These life partners also bring to the table their Corporate America experience. Richie brings 12 years of Banking experience, specifically in IT Operational Risk and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship, Minor in Communications. Helen, a NYS Certified Public Accountant (CPA), brings her corporate experience in the Financial Services industry for 20+ years, specifically within Finance and Accounting matters and obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Accounting and MBA in International Finance.

In 2012, Richie & Helen embarked on their real estate journey by purchasing their first multifamily duplex home after selling Helen’s renovated cooperative apartment. Their experience as landlords has made them more adept at managing tenants, handling financials, maintaining properties, and overseeing renovations. Their expertise has also helped them mitigate risks associated with property ownership. With more time on their hands, they decided to invest in a second home and currently manage its vacation rental business. Now they are expanding their horizons by venturing into multifamily unit investments across the US. They have joined forces with a team of experts, each with an average of 16 years of experience who collectively oversee more than 4,500 units worth $700 million in assets. Richie & Helen's two young children, ages 2 and 7 years old, are growing up alongside them. Inspired by their own achievements and future aspirations, Richie & Helen plan to introduce their children to the real estate industry when their time is right. They hope to pass on their knowledge and help others create generational wealth for their families, just as they have done.

With two young children growing alongside them, ages 2 and 7 years old, and the success of their current & future accomplishments Richie & Helen’s future endeavors are directed towards introducing them to the real estate industry when their time is right. Successorship by their children of what they have attained & how to assist others in creating the same generational wealth for their families is where Richie & Helen invest their time & energy tremendously.
